Shapes Total Fitness, in conjunction with the office of the Surgeon General and IHRSA, is celebrating "Exercise is Medicine" month with a FREE HEALTH FAIR on Wednesday, 5/27/09 from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm... location: Shapes Total Fitness, 7134 Cortez Road West, 34209

we are opening our doors to members of the community to increase awareness about overall health and fitness, with an emphasis on prevention of obesity-related disease through regular exercise and sound nutrition. Shapes will be offering complimentary blood pressure readings, body compostion (% of fat and lean tissue) and body mass index screenings, and will be hosting several outside health professionals.
