Cosimo's Brick Oven Bounty of the Sea Food, Wine & Beer Tasting

HOIST THE SAILS AS COSIMO’S BRICK OVEN’S JUNE TASTING GOES TO SEA

Calling all gastronomists, prepare to hoist the sails and set off on an epicurean cruise, as Cosimo’s Brick Oven indulge their guests with a special food, wine and beer sampling featuring an memorable aquatic feast, “The Bounty of the Sea”. John and Susie Ganley have planned a tasteful evening at their Westfield Southgate location on Thursday, June 25 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.



Chef Shane Dabney has cast the line into his vast pool of recipes to feature dishes from the sea, including: Hoisin & Roasted Sesame Seed Glazed Pacific Salmon, Tilapia Milanese with Artichoke Guacamole, Crab & Cucumber Spun Salad, Spicy Soba Noodles, Asian Slaw & Seaweed Salad, Spicy Bloody Mary Lobster Shooters, Ahi Tuna & Watermelon, Monkfish Curry In Filo Cup, Cosimo’s Famous Crispy Calamari, and for dessert, Key Lime Bavarian with Raspberry Coulis, and Caramel Apple Tart with Cinnamon Ice Cream.



To complement Chef Dabney’s decadent dishes, Cosimo’s staff will be serving a variety of light and bright wines from California, Spain, France, Italy and Washington State. To add that something extra Cosimo’s will be serving samples of bright and bubbly beers from Gold Coast Eagle.
