Beginners Beaded Jewelry Classi

Colleen White of Dragon Fire Design has an eight week beginner's bead class starting next Tuesday, June 23rd, 6-8 P.M. through the Sarasota School Board's Adult Community Education program. Call the ACE office at 361-6590 to sign up. You will learn all the basic skills to make your own beaded jewelry, including using beadalon and crimps, making beaded wire links, pearl stringing, working with chain and headpins, even a beaded Cleopatra necklace! Colleen is the owner of The Village Gem Shop at 1019 10th Ave W. in the Bradenton Village of the Arts. She also teaches private lessons in silversmithing, stone cutting, precious metal clay, polymer clay, and beading at her shop and home studio, or get a group together ans she will come to you!
