This week is the 25th Suncoast Super Boat Grand Prix Festival. Watch the parade of power boats on Main Street followed by a Block Party on Lemon Avenue at 8pm with live entertainment

Comment by Diane Lane on July 1, 2009 at 10:42pm: I coordinated this event ~ mainly the block party ~ three years ago. It was some of the most fun I've ever had, and I really felt accomplished when I stopped to see everybody enjoying themselves.

It's a lot of fun...and not to be missed. Hopefully, as Jessica mentioned...it will NOT be raining this year.
