Life coaching is a collaboration between a coach and client to better the client’s life and most importantly GET RESULTS!
Life coaching does not deal with the past; it deals with your present situation. Life Coaching is NOT therapy.

In this workshop your life coach will help you:


set an agenda
identify what works and what doesn’t in your life
to identify your life goals and priorities
to develop the tools you need to facilitate change
stay motivated to accomplish your goals
by making you accountable to the commitments you make to yourself!
At the end of the 12 weeks you will GET RESULTS!
