This year will mark the 12th anniversary of the world famous Pug Parade benefiting the Humane Society of Sarasota County.

Pugs come from near and far to compete for one of the top prizes: best costume, most original, celebrity look-alike, best ensemble (pet owner and dog), Miss Congeniality, most physically fit, three honorable mentions and of course, best in show. The event also offers the ever popular Pug Parade, a variety of pet related vendors, raffle prizes and pet demonstrations.

The event is open to all dogs but the parade and the competition is limited to pure breed pugs only.
