Participants include chefs representing Beautiful Cakes by Ron, Flemings Prime Steakhouse, Mattison’s Culinary Group, Michael’s On East, Pastries by Design, Publix Apron’s Cooking School, Resort at Longboat Key Club, Roy’s, Sam Snead’s, and Thompson’s Cakes. Guests will choose their favorite-tasting dessert as well as Best of Show in booth design and presentation.
