Goddess Retreat with Cia Ricco

Cia Ricco, author of Living As If Your Life Depended On It, is an amazing, forthright, caring, articulate, sensual and adventurous spirit who knows how to laugh and truly lives "as if her life depends on it." She is a body-centered psychotherapist who lives in Costa Rica most of the year. I am honored and delighted to be welcoming her to my home and participating in this workshop with her. This Goddess Retreat will make use of the Gulf of Mexico waters, my private hot tub, and a local labyrinth. To expand our tolerance for joy and pleasure, we will draw on movement, breath, meditation, t'ai chi/qigong, tantric sexuality teachings and the wealth of collective wisdom we each bring with us. With Cia's guidance, we will be reborn into our bodies with the recognition of the Goddess within.
