Event Description

This 3 hour class is an intermediate class to raw food preparation and focuses on the dehydration process. A perfect class for those who have attended the 'Intro to Raw Foods Un-Cooking Class' and/or is familiar with raw food preparation. This hands on course is hosted by Chef Scott R Nuss and of course always ends with a BIG feast. The cost of this class is $75 per person.
