The Junior League of Sarasota, Inc. announces the 2009 Merry Marketplace. Location: Sarasota Municipal Auditorium 801 N. Tamiami Trail Sarasota, FL. Dates: Friday Nov. 20, 2009 through Sunday Nov. 22, 2009. Red-hot Preview Party and Fashion Show is Friday Nov. 20th from 6 - 10 PM. Admission is $25 and includes early shopping, food, fashion and a complimentary drink ticket. General shopping is Saturday Nov. 21st from 10 AM to 6 PM and Sun Nov 22nd from noon until 4 PM. Tickets are $5 in advance at the Junior League Headquarters at 3300 S Tamiami Trail or check our website www.jlsarasota.org, or $6 at the door. Children under 10 free. There are 50 premier vendors with unique gift items you won't find at the mall. On Saturday from 10 - 11 AM there is a special Edible Ornaments class for children for an additional $10 per child (age restrictions apply, must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult).
