Event Description

Art Uptown, Sarasota’s oldest cooperative fine art gallery, presents a demonstration of watercolor techniques with collaged papers by Bradenton artist Jacqueline Woolf on Friday, Feb. 10, 7:30-8:30 pm, at the gallery at 1367 Main St., Sarasota. The public is invited to the program. There is no charge.

Calling her work a “fusion of abstraction,” Jackie will demonstrate her spontaneous abstract painting style using vibrant watercolors and collage mediums. She will present innovative ways to use paint, paper, textured papers, line and cutting instruments to alter the shape of a piece.
