Event Description

Art Uptown Gallery will host artist and botanist, Karen J. Schunk, in a special Earth Day Awareness exhibit at the gallery on April 22^nd from 6-8 p.m. She will display conservation literature, photos and paintings which relate to local and global plant conservation efforts with which she has been involved over the years. Her botanical paintings, which are greatly inspired by her intense interest in both art and botanical conservation, will be featured in the gallery’s front window during that week.
