Cork's "Bubbles and Bites" Annual Champagne Tasting Friday, December 18th pops an international array of champagne and sparkling wine paired to Executive Chef Hodgson's holiday bites. From 6-8PM in Cork's Upstairs Lounge, pay $25 to taste exceptional bubbly sourced from the world's finest sparkling productions. With Chef Hodgson's upstairs menu set to debut in January 2010, this holiday tasting also offers a sneak peek of cuisine to come!
