Join Cosimo's Brick Oven for an evening filled with explosive flavors and luscious wines from Italy's northern regions. Our monthly food and wine tastings will begin with a savory mouth-watering menu compliments of executive chef, Shane Dabney.

To complement each dish, our wine specialists have selected a variety of wines for an authentic Italian feast.
