Get ready for a fantastic epicurean evening as the executive chefs from Cosimo’s Brick Oven and Cosimo’s Too! come together for a special Forks & Corks-Food & Wine tasting at Cosimo’s Brick Oven.

Executive Chefs Shane Dabney and Christopher Covelli have planned an extraordinary night of savoring the incredible flavors of nine dishes specially created to enhance the layers of selected wines from Chateau Ste. Michelle of Washington State and Antinori Wines from Italy.

On the menu: Herb crusted pork loin, Pan Seared Tuna with Wasabi foam, Poached Lobster, Avocado Salad, Corn & Duck Confit Spring Rolls, Chicken Involtine, Smoked Salmon Roulade, Star Anise Panna Cotta and White Chocolate Mint - Dark Chocolate Blood Orange Checkerboard Truffle, just to name a few.
