Dance Your Soul Free: Ecstatic Dance Rhythm Wave Workshop

Monthly Friday evenings, 6-8pm. With Barbara Gail of The Rhythm Inlet. Welcome adults and teens only. 

Journey beyond your common threshold to meet your tribal self. Catch the rhythm wave, and ride it on in... to your heart! From flow to chaos to stillness, this experience moves the body and stirs the soul like no other. It's one of those great rivers that leads us back into our bodies and rejuvenates us with the vital energy of life, rooted while soaring! No dance experience needed, just a willingness to dive into your skin, put your psyche in motion, and be prepared to move and be moved. Join the tribe and SWEAT YOUR PRAYERS! 

No registration needed. $20/evening. Wear layers, bring water. Come with an empty belly (light snack an hour before), and an open heart. Carpeted, no shoes, so thin socks suggested.
