Dance Your Soul Free: Ecstatic Dance Rhythm Wave Workshop

No dance experience needed, just a willingness to dive into your skin, put your psyche in motion, and be prepared to move and be moved. Join the tribe and SWEAT YOUR PRAYERS! 

Welcome adults and motivated teens. Registration encouraged. $20/evening. Wear layers, bring water. Come with an empty belly (light supper 1 and 1/2 hours before), and an open heart. Carpeted, no shoes; so barefooted, or thin socks suggested.
