Taste the fruit-forward, full-bodied, powerhouse wines characteristic of Australia and New Zealand’s wine regions during Cork’s “Grapefruit, Jam, and More Jam: A Taste of Australia and New Zealand” wine tasting Friday, April 30th from 6-8PM in Cork’s upstairs lounge. Enjoy seven wines accompanied by light hors d’oeuvres from Chef Tommy's new seasonal menu, set to debut May 1st. From Marlborough's aromatic whites to Martinborough's Burgundian-style Pinot Noir and Clare Valley's robust reds, the wines are diverse in style and varietal composition, and offer an informal introduction to the wines characteristic of these popular wine countries.
