We’re making our wellness talks more fun than ever with a nod to that childhood favorite, Show & Tell! Each week, a certified personal trainer from Sarasota Memorial’s HealthFit will present a new topic that includes a demonstration. Audience participation is all part of the fun, so join us at HealthSquare, located in Westfield Sarasota Square mall this summer on Wednesday mornings from 9am to 10am from July 10 to August 14.
