Event Description

Carole Dougherty’s bold, colorful mixed-media art will be featured in a month-long exhibit entitled "Heartbeat" this February 1-29 at Island Gallery West. Ms. Dougherty’s second career in mixed-media art has been as varied and intense as her first in the field of medicine. A highlight of the month will be the public reception hosted at the gallery on Friday, February 12 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Come meet many of the gallery’s 27 artist members, and share fine art, refreshments and fun.
