Event Description
Jazzercise gives you all the cardio, strength and stretch you want for a total body workout. Moves used are from hip-hop, yoga, Pilated, jazz dance, kickboxing and resistance. All ages, all levels welcome. This is an ongoing event every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings; 9:15 a.m.
