Event Description

Jordan Rosenblum, author of Food and Identity in Early Rabbinic Judaism, is the guest speaker. This annual Judaic Studies Lecture is sponsored by the Klingenstein Chair of Judaic Studies and the Jay Rudolph Endowment. The lecture series is named in honor of Selma and Paul Klingenstein, who helped establish the Klingenstein Chair in Judaic Studies at New College in 2001. While both Selma and Paul have since passed, the series serves as an enduring tribute to their commitment to New College.
