Event Description

Art Uptown Gallery is holding an opening reception tonight from 6-9pm at the gallery for the one-woman solo exhibition of mixed-media/collage works of Sarasota artist, Sharon Stewart. Asian characters, designs and three-dimensional paper shapes are incorporated in her works in an attempt to draw the viewer closer to explore the multiple textures and blended colors. The show will run from Saturday, January 26th through Saturday, February 23rd. The public is invited.
