For beginner to intermediate level walkers and runners -- here's your fitness opportunity!
In conjunction with New Balance Athletic Shoe Inc., the New Balance Sarasota inMotion program is designed for novice to intermediate walkers and runners who want to make healthy living a priority. The eight-week training programs include a weekly walk on Saturday mornings and twice weekly runs on Monday and Thursdays evenings, plus nutrition and training advice and personalized attention from professional coaches and competitive athletes that are part of the local Team New Balance running team.
The no-obligation and free informational meeting on Sept. 13th will provide a program overviews and help you determine if the walking or running program is the best fit for you (there's also stretching, fitness tips, speakers on nutrition, podiatry, training and more and great deals on New Balance apparel and shoes!). The walking program includes once per week walking/fitness sessions on Saturday mornings from 8 to 9 am; the running program, two weekly runs on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6 to 7 pm.
