New College:2010 New College Senior Thesis Art Exhibition, March 18-April 24

From March 18 through April 24, Art Center Sarasota will host the 2010 New College Senior Thesis Art Exhibition. The exhibition features a selection of artwork from the students’ final year of studies, and showcases sculpture, painting, drawing, and photography. The exhibition is a joint collaboration between the Art Area of Concentration and Gender Studies Program. Participating artists include: David Bennett, Nathan Duvall, Jared Dyer, Claire Krueger, Sarah Newberry, Missy Parker, Persephone Thorn-Hauswirth and Misha Wyllie. An opening reception will be held at the Center on March 18 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Art Center Sarasota is located at 707 North Tamiami Trail and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
