Event Description

Pam McMillen and Susan Swanson have been named December Featured Artists at the gallery. Most of Pam’s jewelry is based on Kumihimo, a Japanese form of braid-making using seed beads accented with natural stones, glass or shells. Susan’s colorful and quirky ceramics are glazed and kiln fired which makes them weather-proof and perfect for Florida decor. Their month-long exhibit “Birds and Beads” will be highlighted by a public reception at the gallery on Friday, December 5, 5:30-7:30 PM, as part of the annual Holmes Beach Merchants’ Holiday WalkAbout. Come meet many of the gallery artists, enjoy fine art and holiday cheer.
