Rediscovering You

You&Me.We will host a free retreat “Rediscovering You”
Understand who you are and learn how to improve those aspects of yourself that may have been holding you back. The event will take place at Marriage and Family Works 1007 Manatee Ave E Bradenton, FL 34208 on April 24th 2010 from 9:00a.m. - 5:00 p.m., lunch is provided. Attending you will learn how to:
• Forgive and be forgiven.
• Identify where you want to go and who will go with you.
• Recognize limiting beliefs, attitudes and thoughts and replace them with more productive and creative ones.
• Identify and change negative habits of communicating and relating with others.

The mission of YouMe.We is to educate and encourage individuals and couples to achieve and sustain safe, healthy and mutually beneficial relationships for life. This program is brought to Manatee County by the Healthy Marriage Demonstration Grants Program through the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services, Office of Family Assistance.
