Event Description

The Sandbar will be hosting an evening of fine food and wines on January 27th at 6:30pm under the Sandbar Pavilion on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The evening begins with a Champagne reception from 6:30 - 7:00. Guests will then enjoy a four course culinary experience showcasing local products. Featured items include Heirloom tomatoes from Gamble Creek Farms, fresh plump Gulf Shrimp combined with local Bottarga, pan seared Tenderloin topped with Florida Lobster Tail and a cheese course provided by Kelly Kary from the Anna Maria Olive Oil Outpost. Each course will be paired with one of the outstanding Lola Wines, each naturally balanced California wine serves as a perfect accompaniment to the food. Join Chef, Ian Fairweather, renowned Winemaker, Seth Cripe and Sandbar owner, Ed Chiles as they introduce you to these incredible wines paired perfectly with the fine food from the Sandbar Restaurant.
