Event Description

We are gathering for another day of meditation at Island Park Marina. We will first meet promptly at 10:30 a.m. near O'Leary's Tiki Bar so that we can find each other.

There will be chanting, seated meditation and a Dharma discussion at the end. Please bring your own meditation cushion and a towel. Thank you.

If you would like to stay to the end and attend the potluck lunch, please bring a dish to be shared with all. There should be about 5 - 8 people coming. This is a FREE meditation class.
