An afternoon of food and festivities at the dazzling Sarasota Yacht Club as we celebrate the recipient of The Sarasota Film Festival/GCC U.N. Women inaugural Impact Award, Ms. Geena Davis. Over a delicious lunch, listen as Ms. Davis speaks about her career and her incredible work with the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media, which seeks to engage film and television creators in reducing gender stereotyping in children’s media. This intimate luncheon with the iconic and inspiring American actor is sure to be one of the highlights of the Festival.
