Event Description

The Sarasota Orchid Society will present their Annual Live Orchid Auction on Monday evening, December 6, 2010 at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens’ Great Room by the Bay, 811 S. Palm Ave in Sarasota.

Preview begins at 6 pm. Neal Van De Ree, Auctioneer, will start the live Auction at 7 pm.

All are welcome – admission is free! Light refreshments will be served.

Payment of winning bids by cash or checks only.

Along with hundreds of beautiful, blooming orchid plants, we will be auctioning several pieces of orchid related art work and a brand new, update-able license of the latest version 7.01 of OrchidWiz, an Orchid Encyclopedia and Journal on DVD. This OrchidWiz Software, valued at $259.00, provides the most complete and accurate information on orchid species and hybrids.
