Event Description

Save Florida…Eat An Iguana
Well...maybe not. George Cera, the author of this book, is credited with the removal of 16,000 Iguanas from Boca Grande, Florida. His The Iguana Cookbook is a compilation of George's thoughts and views of nature, Iguanas as pets, food, and an ominous warning about their impact on Florida's ecosystem. Come hear Boca Grande’s “Original Iguana Hunter” talk about this fascinating subject. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
