As we approach a new year, you may look back on the previous one with gratitude for everything you accomplished or for all the things you failed to accomplish. My guess is that if you did not accomplish what you wanted in 2010, then you most likely did not set any goals or you did not set them in the right way. There is a lot more to goal setting than putting words down on paper!
