Singers From The Sarasota Opera

The Glenridge Performing Arts Center (7333 Scotland
Way, Sarasota) is proud to present Singers From The Sarasota Opera – Friday, November 2 at
8:00 p.m.
Singers from Sarasota Opera's Fall 2012 season will perform classic opera
arias and ensembles as well as selections from the music of operetta and
Broadway. This will be an eclectic presentation that will appeal to all musical
tastes. In addition to singing, the performers will also talk about their
selections so that each audience member understands what is being performed.
Maestro Roger L. Bingaman, a resident of Chicago, Illinois and member of
Sarasota Opera's music staff for over a decade, is the evening's music director
and pianist. Following the performance a meet and greet with the singers
allows you to get close to the stars!
