How to Enter: Beginning at time stated on specific Contest, Giveaway or Sweepstakes Page, you may enter the Giveaways or Sweepstakes in any of the following ways: (i) online by visiting the WQ|mag website (www.wqmag.com) or www.mychicclique.com (the "Website") and completing the online entry form or submission(video,photo or writing), limit one (1) online entry per valid email address, per eligible person per day; If the contest, sweepstakes or giveaway only involves an entry form (no other submissions such as video,photo or writing) then you may send (ii)a hand-printed postcard or piece of paper no larger than 8x11 inches with your name, complete address and phone number either and mail to: WQ|mag Online: “Name of Sweepstakes/Giveaway” 1234 2nd Street Sarasota, FL 34236. Entrants using US mail may enter as often as they wish. Mail-in entries only apply to Contests, Giveaways and Sweepstakes that do not require video,photo or writing and must be postmarked by the last day of the contest and received within 10 days of the last day of the contest. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced or hand-stamped entries or mailing labels or entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void. When you enter at the Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming Pro-Ad Media, Wq|mag, or My Chic Clique promotions and information about the Company and the Participating Product Sponsors identified below. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Contest/ Sweepstakes/ Giveaways and does not improve your chances of winning. Eligibility: Any Sweepstakes or Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older on or before start of the contest, giveaway or sweepstakes and reside in Manatee and Sarasota Counties except employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of Pro-Ad Media or the Main Sponsor and product sponsors or any other specific sponsors to the Contest, Giveaway or Sweepstakes and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Entrants who have won a prize in any Pro-Ad Media promotion in the 90 days prior to the commencement of the Contest, Giveaway or Sweepstakes are ineligible. Main Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential prize winner and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person based on such background check if Main Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the prize to such potential prize winner might reflect negatively on Main Sponsor or any of the Participating Product Sponsors. By entering, all participants and/or entrants release the Contest, Giveaway or Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the Contests, Giveaways, or Sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in these Contests, Giveaways or Sweepstakes. Main Sponsor and Contest, Giveaways and Sweepstakes Administrator's decisions with respect to the prize winners and other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. By entering into the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the use by Contests, Giveaways and Sweepstakes Entities and their designees of his/her name, likeness, biography, voice, performance and/or video in any and all media, including online announcements now or hereafter known, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. General Conditions: Main Sponsor and Contests, Giveaways and Sweepstakes Administrator's decisions with respect to the Prize Winner and any other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final. The potential prize winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification. If Pro-Ad Media or the Contests, Giveaways and Sweepstakes Administrator is unable to contact a potential prize winner within five (5) days of the initial attempt to contact, if a potential prize winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date or if a potential prize winner fails to comply with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, he or she will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner shall be selected. By entering into the Contests, Giveaways and Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph (including photographs submitted by them to Pro-AD Media, if applicable), likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the Contest,Giveaway or Sweepstakes.
Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Main Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Main Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Contest, Giveaway or Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Contest, Giveaway or Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Contest, Giveaway or Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Website. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any prize winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the value of the prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Main Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. The Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for a prize of equal or greater value except at Main Sponsor's sole discretion. Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or portions thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. The Grand Prize will be awarded.
