Welcome to the WQ Mag Holiday Weight Loss Challenge.

Five lucky people will be chosen for a 12 week weight loss boot camp by Patti-Linn, Your Shape Up Chick!
WQ Mag wants to end your year in great shape to start off the New Year in even better shape.
That’s why we are sponsoring the Holiday Weight Loss Challenge. The holidays can be a struggle to not gain weight , much less lose it! This is a great opportunity for five individuals to jump start their new year by taking control of it during the holidays.


The five chosen weight loss participants will receive for free:
1. A Twelve Week Weight Loss Boot Camp and Core Camp with Patti-Linn Personal Trainer.
2. A Holiday Weight Loss Challenge Boot Camp T-Shirt.
3. An Online Fitness and Food Journal.

The Winner of the Holiday Weight Loss Challenge will receive for free in addition to above:
-A Three Month Weight Loss Challenge Boot Camp Spot in January 2010!
-The Runner Up will receive 50% off the fee of the Weight Loss Challenge Boot Camp January 2010.

The Five Holiday Weight Loss Challenge Participants chosen MUST commit to the following:
1. Attend a minimum of three days of boot camp and/or core camp weekly with your personal trainer.
2. Weekly body composition assessments and weight-ins.
3. Before and After photos.
4. Keep an online journal.
5. Maintain workouts, eating program, and journal during off boot camp holiday weeks.


Please do not enter the Holiday Weight Loss Challenge if you cannot commit to these guidelines.

HOW TO ENTER THE CHALLENGE

1) Must be 18 years or older.

2) Submit the following information to weightlosschallenge@wqmag.com:

-One Before Photo of yourself (photo must be less than 1 month old)

-
Your age

-Current weight

-Please state your personal goal(s) and reason for entering this contest. How much do you hope to lose?

3) If you are selected as one of the 5 finalists you will be required sign waiver of liability and submit brief application that has a few health questions.

4) All entries must be received by Friday, October 2, 2009.
All information submitted will only be available to the judges, unless you are selected to be one of the 5 finalists. Once selected as a finalists you must agree to have all information and photos made public.
The 5 finalists chosen will be announced on 10/5/09.The Holiday Weight Loss Challenge Boot Camp runs from 10/14/09-1/4/10.

5) All submissions become property of wqmag, wqmag.com, and proadmedia.
All entries will be kept private unless you are chosen as one of the 5 finalists in which all of your entry information could be made public.

6) You must be a wqmag.com member to enter and a resident of Sarasota or Manatee Counties to participate in the Challenge.

7) Challenge Officials reserve the right to add or make adjustment to any of the rules at any time during the contest should the need arise. Please feel free to check back daily.

6:00pm – 7:00pm – BOOT Camp @ University Place Park off of Cooper Creek Blvd. (outdoor)

TUESDAYS :

8:30am – 9:30am – BOOT Camp @ University Place Park off of Cooper Creek Blvd. (outdoor)
4:00pm – 5:00pm – YOGA/PILATES @ Bent Tree Country Club (indoor)

WEDNESDAYS:

9:30am – 10:30am – CORE Camp @ Bent Tree Country Club (indoor/outdoor)
6:00pm – 7:00pm – BOOT Camp @ University Place Park off of Cooper Creek Blvd. (outdoor)

THURSDAYS :
8:30am – 9:30am – BOOT Camp @ University Place Park off of Cooper Creek Blvd. (outdoor)
4:00pm – 5:00pm – YOGA/PILATES @ Bent Tree Country Club (indoor)

FRIDAY:
9:30am – 10:30am – CORE Camp @ Bent Tree Country Club (indoor/outdoor)

SATURDAYS:
9:00am – 10:00am – BEACH Boot Camp on Siesta Key (outdoor)
