Discovering your center in nature.

It is an amazing thing to discover your center in a way you never imagined. I am a city girl through and through and have recently moved to the country. I am at the base of the majestic Sierra Madres along an amazing river in Puerto Vallarta. I have just finished building an artist retreat center and the dust has settled giving me the opportunity to revel in what we have created. When I wake in the morning this time of year the mist is rising from the mountain across from our home and it is like being in a fantasy movie. The river noises are wafting up to our space and it reminds me of a time when I was a little girl with my daddy on a river in Oregon. Who would have imagined that life could shift so drastically with a shift of environment. Life is slower life is sweet. I have forgotten all of the stresses I lived with in "Another Life". I am in the process of creating a nurturing environment for others to come and experience this amazing space while they self discover through the creative process.
