Kairos (Greek for "loaded time") Time to Trans-end and Re-member

Is anyone feeling like the pressure is ON? A look at the cosmic transiting energies says it’s not in your imagination….we are in an intense time which culminates this summer. It is a “loaded time” for transformation and evolution of consciousness. This opportunity is happening on the collective/macrocosmic level and the personal/microcosmic as well.

On the personal level, wherever in your bodymind you have been “in a trance” or blocked, you are now being invited to awaken and re-member that which was suppressed, forgotten or put aside. We are being urged to move into our higher potential for this life so that we can be agents of change in this turbulent time.

In my own experience there was a big AH-HA moment and a breakthrough when I realized the effect that a childhood trauma has had on my whole life. I had not forgotten the experience, but what came rushing into my awareness was the immense effect of the limiting beliefs formed as a result of the trauma and the weight of the negative energy that I had been carrying for decades!

Using my process of Awareness, Acceptance, Alchemy and Ascension, I was able to transform the limiting beliefs (alchemy) and release the burden of the wounded energy which allows my energy frequency to vibrate at a higher level, which is what I call Ascension.

This process has been taught in my classes on healing and conscious evolution and used in my private healing practice.
