Eli grass

Kay Rosaire asked me to come over to photograph Eli's progress - he's five months old now and doing very well - and I was entertained during my visit by a goat riding a tortoise!
Kay's other chimp, 5-year old Kira, tries hard to be Eli's ersatz mother, but Eli loves his carer Gini so much that he makes a beeline for her whenever she sets him down.
It always impresses me to watch Kay's Kodiak Bear as well when I'm at the Habitat - such a majestic creature.
