Mixon Fruit Farms provides much needed land and shelter for injured native birds, animals, and reptiles. Mixon owners Dean and Janet Mixon donated the use of a parcel of their farm property for the Wildlife Education Center. The mission is to rehabilitate injured wildlife for release back into the wild, and to promote education, appreciation, and respect for wildlife.
