This is to invite you to link to the voting page from Wqmag.com (see “Click Here to Vote” on the Home page) and vote for painting #6, “Leper Beauty." It's one I created in Bali, Indonesia while involved in a hands-on healing program at the Leper Community in Lalang Linggah. Miraculously, within 90 days of my finishing the artwork, the 23-year old subject, a girl who had had leprosy all her life, experienced a complete reversal of the disease.More about the painting and about the potential cause for the girls’ miraculous healing are posted underneath the image. Hi Jeanne -- What perfect timing for us to have a first meeting! I'll look forward to August 17 and to talking with you about Vegas and the seemingly endless possibilities here in Sarasota for what I do and how I do it. Hi Jeanne -- Let me be the first to welcome you to WGmag. From the sounds of your profile, we have a lot in common. Before moving to Sarasota, I spent 4 years in Las Vegas as a journeyman faux-finisher, painting murals, sky ceilings, faux marble and the like in a handful of different Las Vegas Strip hotel-casinos. Oh! The stories we could tell! (((Hahaha)))I am more interested, however, in what you're doing now. The Sarasota County Film & Entertainment web site looks exciting. I particularly resonated to the sample piece of Beth Surdut's works, "The Mermaids Return." What fun it would be to meet with you and to brainstorm what your production pros could do with my images!
