Neal Communities hosted a group of about 50 top Realtors® from around the area to an open house at the Beauvais model yesterday in Edenmore, one of the seven neighborhoods the builder is developing in The Lakewood Ranch Country Club.
Karen Hessler is New Home Sales Representative for the neighborhood. “This is another example of the continued success of Neal Communities,” she said. “We have received many compliments from visitors and home buyers who love the setting, the floor plans and the pricing. Edenmore, named for a Golf and Country Club in north Ireland, is already a popular choice for homebuyers. There have been 12 home sales from the busy Edenmore sales center so far this year.
Sharon and John Heddish moved into the community last year after living in West Palm Beach, and before that, in Jew Jersey. “We love the value and the workmanship of the home,” says the couple who also appreciate that the neighborhood is surrounded by preserves on all sides. “We enjoy the wildlife here and the ability to walk and bike throughout the community.”
