We all have set fitness and health goals in the past. The problem is that for some reason we never seem to achieve those goals. Why is that?
People by nature are lazy. We want instant gratification for everything! Unfortunately when it comes to fitness there is NO instant gratification.
You have to work hard to achieve the goals you set for yourself. So what I want to know is: How hard are you willing to work to achieve your goals?
How much time are you willing to commit to working out?
Are you ready for me to invade your pantry? Clean out all of the "bad" food and help you replace it with healthy alternatives?
Would you be willing to limit your alcohol consumption to one 8 ounce beverage a week?
Knowing where you are mentally will help me devise a plan that will work for both of us!
