Whenever someone asks a Mom how she is, the answer is always, "Fine"! That answer ia always accompanied by a smile as well. Mothers are raised to carry the world on their shoulders and to never complain or ask for help. How many mothers have secretly wept tears of frustration, anger, bitterness or from sheer exhaustion? I know that I have! I also know that feeling of being so alone with the huge responsibility of being a mother.

Before we had children, our visions were of sleeping babies at peace with the world and us idolizing this little miracle that has been sent to us. In my visions I even heard music coming from music boxes and stuffed animals that smiled at me as my husband and I were beamimg with joy.

BAM! Wake up! All of a sudden a whole different reality comes forth! One of sleepless nights, endless days, running, running, running everywhere, all the time. Mind you, we love our children no less than we did in our vision, but Oh My God how hard can this be?

I became a life coach for mothers because I saw my fellow mothers at school every day and saw the fatigue on their faces and sometimes even got to hear more than just "Fine" from them. We all love being mothers, but why does it have to be so hard sometimes?

If you are a mother that says she is "Fine", but some things are not working as you would like them to, then I have a workshop for you!

Starting Tuesday, August 25th, I will be holding a Workshop Series For Moms for 12 weeks! We will work on subjects such as, balance, time management, priorities, making good choices, goal setting and how to get the results that you want!
The Workshop will take place at "Fairy Tales To Remember" at 2 convenient times 10-12 and 6-8. So whether you are a Stay At Home Mom or a Working Mom, you will be able to fit this in for yourself!

For more info email me at michelle@momempowerment.com or call me at 941-538-0791. It is ok to ask for help and even more ok to recieve it! If mama is not happy then no one is happy! Do your family a favor!

Great article Michelle, reading your words evoked so many of the emotions I felt while raising my two sons. I which I had a resource like you during that time of my life and I encourge all moms to invest in themselves, it really is an investment in your sanity & families well-being!
