UPDATE - WQ MAG WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE

It is very obvious to me that the ladies who have been following the program guidelines are definitely seeing results.

The hardest part of this challenge isn't losing weight.... the hardest part is changing your mindset.

To be successful in anything you have to believe you can do it not matter how many times you have told yourself that you can't!

Even if you have a set back you still must believe that you can achieve your goals.


Michelle Owen has been very consistent with her food journal and exercise. So far she has seen a loss of 7.2 pounds, 4% body fat, and 4 inches off her waist!

Michelle Sampson has also been very consistent and working out daily. She has achieved a weight loss of 10 pounds, 6.6% body fat, and 5 inches off her waist!

Kim has also seen results despite being sick for two weeks and not able to work out consistently. She has achieved a weight loss of 8.6 pounds, 5% body fat and 2.5 inches off her waist!

Denise Warner's results have been good, she admits that she had some problems with workout and diet when friends were visiting from out of town. She has achieved a weight loss of 13.2 pounds, 7.7% body fat and 9.1 inches off her waist!

Beth Harrison had a late start in the program and is on week two. She just started a new job which requires her to taste a lot of different foods - not the best when you are trying to lose weight! We have revamped her program this week so I am hopeful she will have a big result on Monday! She has lost 1.5 pounds, 1% body fat and 2 inches off her waist.

Gini Hyman has been trying but she needs to step up her workout and take it out of her comfort zone. So far she has lost 2.6 pounds, 0% body fat and 2 inches off her hips but none off her waist.



VERY PROUD OF THEIR RESULTS SO FAR!

I am going to re-evaluate their food intake and workout plans this week and make adjustments where needed. The more weight they lose the LESS calories they should be taking in to keep their weight loss consistent.

Patti is doing a amazing job with all of us! You can only imagine the stories and information that she has to hear in order to figure out what is going to be the best road to success for each of us individually! She is my hero! After Monday when I got my results...I have to say I was surprised and a little bit disappointed in my results! However...not enough to give up and throw in the towel! Patti was right there to evaluate what I have been doing and we came up with a new strategy with the weight training which I believe will be a great shredder of weight this week! I have already tried the new workout and although it was intense and difficult I was able to push myself harder than what I was doing last week! Wish me luck! Have faith! I am the underdog! That will come through at the end!!!! Thanks Patti!

Way to go Michelle Owen!! I work with her and have witnessed a big change...keep up the great work Michelle..We are all behind you!
