Ferrets in Florida

There is a gentleman by the name of Ray Darby. He recently opened up a rescue (collaborating with me) in Palm Beach County. He is a disabled veteran who had time on his hands and love for ferrets.

Just this past week, he was diagnosed with esophageal and stomach cancer. He will begin chemo and radiation immediately. He has 21 adoptable ferrets and 4 unadoptable. He and his fiance will be keeping the four.

If there is any way any one can take a few of these ferrets, it would help him tremendously. I am organizing a crew of people to drive up there next Saturday and conduct some adoptions for him. He does have people to adopt some, but will not have the time nor the energy to do so.
