Just a reminder...each month, the first adopter of a greyhound from the Sarasota Greyhound Rescue Project receives a gift certificate from A. Parker's Books and Book Bazaar. Located on Main Street in downtown Sarasota, A. Parker's Books and Book Bazaar is proud to promote this worthy cause.

The Sarasota Racing Dog Rescue Project is an all-volunteer, not for profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and finding adoptive homes for retired racing Greyhounds. Serving Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte and DeSoto Counties, Greyhounds placed through RDRP are usually between two and five years of age. These retired racers are very intelligent, eager to please and become very attached to their new families.
