BIGGEST LOSER SARASOTA WEIGH IN NUMBER THREE - EIGHT (8) MORE WEEKS TO GO!

16 out of 20 contestants were at the weigh in last Monday night 2/22. With two more months to go MOST of them are right on track with their weight loss!

Here are their results:

Mike (BLS #10) has a total weight loss for the month of: 13.4 pounds
I've set Mike's weight loss goal at 40 pounds. He has 26.6 pounds to go!

Matt (BLS#7) has a total weight loss for month one: 11.0 pounds
I've set Matt's weight loss goal at 40 pounds. He has 29 pounds to go!

Harry (BLS#4) has a total weight loss for month one: 10.2 pounds
I've set Harry's weight loss goal at 30 pounds. He has 20 to go and is right on track!

Jessie (BLS#5) has a total weight loss for month one: 8.4lbs
I've set Jessie's weight loss goal at 25 pounds. She has 16.6 to go and is right on track!

Tonya(BLS#13) has a total weight loss for month one: 7.6lbs
I've set Tonya's weight loss goal at 25 pounds. She has 17.4 to go!

Peter (BLS#11) has a total weight loss for month one: 7.2lbs
I've set Peter's weight loss goal at 15 pounds with a body fat target of 16%. He has 7.8 to go and 2% body fat!

Carol(BLS#17) has a total weight loss for month one: 6.8lbs
I've set Carol's weight loss goal at 30 pounds. She has 23.2 pounds to go!

Maribeth (BLS#6) has a total weight loss for month one: 6.6lbs
I've set Maribeth's weight loss goal at 25 pounds. She has 18.4 pounds to go!

Liz (BLS #14) has a total weight loss for month one: 6.2lbs
I've set Liz's weight loss goal at 25 pounds. She has 18.6 pounds to go!

Deb(BLS#21) has a total weight loss for month one: 5.8lbs
I've set Deb's weight loss goal at 20 pounds. She has 14.2 to go!

Rhonda(BLS#12) has a total weight loss for month one: 4.2lbs
I've set Rhonda's weight loss goal at 20lbs. She has 15.8 pounds to go! She has admitted to not following the diet especially on the weekends.

Megan(BLS#8) has a total weight loss for month one: 2.0lbs
I've set Megan's weight loss goal at 10lbs. She has 8.0lbs to go and is right on track! She is more focused on losing body fat and has dropped 2.1% !

Jill (BLS#18) has a total weight loss for month one: 2.0lbs
I've set Jill's weight loss goal at 20 pounds. She has 18lbs to go! (she has only been able to make one workout a week - needs to step up the workouts to see results!)

Dave(BLS#2) has a total weight loss for month one: 2.0lbs
I have set Dave's weight loss goal at 15 pounds. He has 13.0lbs to go! He also has been guilty of sneaking food he shouldn't be eating. His body fat has dropped 3% which is great!

Ashley (BLS#19) has a total weight loss for month one: 1.2lbs
I've set Ashley's weight loss goal at 20 pounds. She has 17.8lbs to go (she also admits to over indulging in alcohol on the weekends and a little too many carbs)

Leslie (BLS#15) has a total weight loss for month one: 1.0lbs.
I've set Leslie's weight loss goal at 20 pounds. She has 19 pounds to go! (she admits that she has been guilty of not following the diet and eating foods such as pizza, chicken wings and beer).

The following contestants have not weighed in yet but their results will be posted later this week.
