Every day thousands of emergency calls are placed. These situations require a split second decision to aid them during the "Golden Hour" they have available to save lives.
The idea is that you store the word" ICE" in your cell phone address book, and against it enter the number of the person you want to be contacted.... " In Case Of Emergency" Additionaly you would enter the name of this individual, so your display would read :" ICE HEATHER", indicating the persons name.
In an emergency situation, ambulance and hospital staff will then be able to quickly find out who your next of kin are and be able to contact them.
Its as simple as that, and for more than one emergency contact use ICE 1. ICE 2. ICE 3 and so on.
Use this list to get the most out of ICE,ng your cell phones.
*Make sure the person whose name and number you are using has agreed to be your ICE partner.
*Make sure they have a list of all the people to contact on your behalf, including place of employment.
*Make sure your" ICE" partner,s number is one that they always have available.

*Make sure if you are under 18, your ICE contact is a parent or gaurdian authorized to make decisions on your behalf.
*Once you have entered your" ICE" contact, verify by scrolling through the cell phone,s contact list.
