What is a real man? Who are the real men? What is your definition?

Many women have their own concept of what defines a "real man". I believe that men also have their own idea of who the real men are as well. What is a real man to you? Who are the real men in your life? And where do you find these men? How often do you run into someone who fits your conception of a real man?
To me a real man knows who he is, does not need to prove anything yet strives to do his best, has a commitment to operating from integrity, maintains ethics, is not afraid to show or feel his feelings, is
interested in other people, has an intention to serve others, is not afraid of allowing a women to be all she can be or other men for that matter, is not afraid to lead and has a strong spine....
OK well there are a few characteristics to start..

Wow...this is a tough question...but here is my opinion. I feel the real men in this world are the ones who stand up for what they believe in but are not afraid to admit when they are wrong. A real man is the "Rock" in your life. He is strong... he shows emotional not just physical strength in times of fear, temptation, crisis or chaos. A real man is someone who wants to be the best he can be and help you accomplish the same. A real man is not concerned with what others think or what's popular... he just cares about what you think and how you feel. Where do you find these men? They are usually right in front of you the entire time...The man you can't wait to talk about your day to...the man you think of calling first when you lose a tire on the road...the man that you seem to care about what he thinks more than anything...the man you find is your best friend...that's your real man...
